Shinbum Han is a corporate counsel at Vnesto Capital International. In that capacity, he drafts and reviews legal documents, evaluates legal and financial feasibility of multinational projects, and analyzes country risk.
Mr. Han is an attorney admitted in the state of New York and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He holds J.D. from New York University School of Law, M.A. in Japanese Studies from University of Michigan, and B.A. from Lehigh University.
In 2006, he served as a law clerk for Judge William Macauley at Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in New York. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Han was a contract attorney at Clifford Chance. From 2010 to 2013, he was a staff attorney at Happy World Foundation in Seoul, compiling policy reports, and examining legal issues related to administration of nonprofit organizations in Korea.
Mr. Han is a native speak of Korean and is fluent in Japanese. He also translated Managing a Nonprofit Organization in the Twenty-First Century by Thomas Wolf into Korean language.
